We cater for guests from 100 to 1,000+ and roast, BBQ and grill on site, giving you a professional, innovative event, with the added showmanship of our BBQ chefs in action, creating an  unrivalled atmosphere.so your guests can feast like kings against the stunning backdrop of the food theater that Fabulous BBQ creates.

Who's Fabulous?

Fabulous BBQ have more than 20 years of experience in creating and delivering unique and thrilling catering projects for a diverse range of clients, in some of the most challenging environments in London, Cambridge or across the UK.

As leading providers of gourmet BBQ's and outdoor event catering in London and the UK, Fabulous BBQ also specialise in “Churrasco” style cooking on our amazing Brazilian BBQ rotisserie machines.

Fabulous Food, FABULOUS BBQ's and Bars 

At Fabulous BBQ we pride ourselves in serving the most delicious meats, cooked to perfection over charcoal.  Our events start with a trip to our local butcher to get the freshest meat available in Essex, while our chefs work in our 5 star rated kitchen creating our Fabulous marinades.

On the day, our BBQ chefs work over hot coals using the best professional BBQ equipment, so the meat is cooked and served perfectly - no more sausages burnt on the outside and raw in the middle!  We get our baps and bread made to order from our local baker so they’re fresh as fresh can be, and our salad and vegetables are sourced directly from the many farms that surround our kitchen (which also happens to be on an Essex farm – how “Fabulously” handy?).

All our staff are smart, professional, trained and qualified to the highest standards required.  They are all fluent in English, bright, enthusiastic, highly motivated, helpful and smiley!  We can also supply your event with a fully licensed and well stocked bar if you need us to manage that too.

Fabulous SUMMER BBQ EXPERIENCE

Of all the aromas that outdoor eating produces, there is nothing more evocative of cherished childhood memories, and as liberating on a baking hot summer's day, than the satiating smell of delicious meats popping, fizzing, and sizzling on a charcoal BBQ; the real taste of summer. We travel from our base in Essex to London, Cambridge and across the UK to help companies with their summer BBQ parties.

Our experience of pricking a free-range Dingley Dell pork banger, flipping an Debham Vale beef burger doused in hickory smoked sauce, throwing a chilli-infused soy shrimp, marinating a luscious corn-fed chicken and skewering rump of British lamb kebabs with garlic and rosemary means that once you’ve tried one of our Fabulous BBQ experiences, the bar will be irreversibly raised.

It’s carnival time. Powerful street samba beats and hip shaking frevo rhythms can tingle and revel on your taste buds with our authentic Brazilian BBQ. Infusing the essence of Brazil with succulent beef and mouth-watering lamb, cooked on skewers over hot coals on our purpose built Brazilian BBQ rotisserie, or as they say on the streets of Rio “Churrasqueira”.  Colourful, aromatic, flavoursome, lively and a whole lot of sexy fun.

Fabulous BBQ SPIT ROASTS 

Nothing is quite at tantalisingly delicious as the smell of a slow spit roasted hog. There is something age old and satisfying that taps right into our primal nature when we see a whole succulent pig slowly turning over hot coals.

We can also spit roast a whole lamb, studded with garlic and rosemary, the melt in the mouth sensation that accompanies each delicious mouthful is heaven in every chew.  And if you really want to pull out all the stops, why not have one of our choice cuts of prime shoulder or leg of Dedham Vale beef?

You will not believe how incredibly impressed your guests will be by our “to die for” flavours that will greet their expectant salivating mouths. Our chefs will carve the meat of your choice into freshly baked baps, or onto a plate with golden brown roasted potatoes. The choice, as ever, is yours.

All our meat comes from suppliers in our local area it's important for us to keep transport to a minimum and support our local farms in the process . Our pigs come from Dingley Dell in Suffolk, our beef from Dedham Vale in Essex and our lamb from Humphries in Essex. We can travel easily to London, Cambridge and across the UK and have travelled as far as Monaco!!!

In 2016, the Fabulous BBQ became the first caterer in the world to ever officially barbecue in the principality of Monaco.  With our Brazilian BBQ rotisseries, spit roasts and BBQ's lining the entrance of the stunning venue, we provided a dramatic impression on arrival and a feast of delights for His Serene Highness Prince Albert and 250 guests invited to the Taba Naba Gala Dinner, which celebrated the launch of an Aboriginal art exhibition.
